The Westgate Family ministry is all about sharing the victory. We seek to facilitate experiences for our families to support one another and grow together. Paul's words to the Corinthians frame this ministry well, "But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ" (1 Corinthians 15:57).

Parents' Night Out
Check back soon for a reinvigorated parent's night out. "10 Great Dates" is coming soon and we are looking forward to setting our first scheduled "Great Date" in early September 2010.
"10 Great Dates" will be an opportunity to help spouses or soon-to-be married couples connect with one another in a meaningful way. "10 Great Dates" is a very basic marriage mentoring opportunity for you. It doesn't require attending long seminars or sharing intimate information with anyone but your spouse.

Intimacy Matters
Intimacy Matters is a ministry of the Westgate Church of Christ. Our counseling ministry is offered to any member of the Westgate Church at no charge. It is staffed by Eric Greer, MS LMFT (a licensed marriage and family therapist and advanced clinical sexual addictions specialist) and Krista Smith, MS NCC (nationally certifed counselor and board certified Christian counselor).
Together Eric and Krista conduct workshops for churches, provide educational seminars for other professionals and the community, and offer professional counseling services to the Westgate family and community of the Wiregrass.
Eric and Krista offer a unique ministry specifically to marriages dealing with the aftermath of infideltiy and addictions. This ministry includes groups for male and female sex addicts and spouses of sex addicts. They also offer intensive therapeutic workshops to the church and community.
Their ministry has been featured in local publications, radio, and nationally.
