Greetings from Westgate Boot Camp Central: The most important thing you can do is to push this event. The total cost for the event is $25 and - we will start with Dinner Friday night (10/2) and wrap up after lunch on Sunday (10/4). Teams have already been set up for the following areas: please make contact with a member of the team if you would like to assist in one of these areas: Food - Mike Lewis Registration and Promotion - Mike McCollough, Jay Shipman, Scott Bolton or Terry Pierce Westgate Member Outreach - Eric Greer Surrounding Church Outreach - Brian Magnuson and Gary Kirkendall Budget and Door Prizes - Paul Barnes Gary Kirkendall - Team building exercises The following areas need team leaders and volunteers - please let me know if you can help. If you have already volunteered for an area please focus your attention on that area and let others take on these responsibilities. Communion Service on Sunday - Responsible for devo thought, helpers and getting ready made communion cups Photographer - Responsible for taking photos leading up to the event and during the event Audio / Visual - Set up and maintain the sound system, projector and screen (pick up and return to church) Setup Crew - Will need to arrive at Wiregrass early afternoon Friday and assist as needed Cleanup Crew - Will need to remain at Wiregrass a couple of hours after the event Football - Auburn and Alabama are away games. If you know someone with any RV or a serious tailgater that has a portable satellite that we could use to watch the games.
